Your control panel is located at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel.
(replace 'yourdomain.com' with your domain name)

Please use the IP address you have received in the welcome email (eg http://111.222.333.444/cpanel ) until your domain registration/modification is complete.
Your IP address is the 'actual' physical address of your site on the Internet (those IPs we are using here in this article are only examples and not real ones) . Your domain basically 'points' to it so your site can be accessed through both (true with any web site).

If you have an IP less or shared IP account, the same applies for your Control Panel but requires that you type http://111.222.333.444/~username to see your pages until your domain is available.

Your Control Panel will ask you for a username and password. Please use the username and password e-mailed to you after you registered.
NOTE: The password is CaSe SenSiTiVe , so you will need to enter it exactly as it appears. This can be changed from the Control Panel by clicking the "change password" icon.

If you are unable to access your control panel or it times out please check for the following:

Firewall - If you are behind a firewall make sure you have access on the following ports:
Cpanel : Port 2082
Webmail : Port 2095
Webhost Manager : Port 2086
SMTP: Port 25
POP: Port 110
FTP: Port 21

Software - If you are running a program such as Zone Alarm or Black Ice make sure it is configured to allow access on the above ports.
