Your e-mail accounts are configured
through cPanel .
To configure your e-mail program to fetch your e-mail use the following information
in outlook or other email programs:
POP3 (incoming)
mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP (outgoing)
mail server: mail.yourISP.com
If you have problems sending
emails the most likely reason for that would be that your ISP has blocked the
outgoing smtp port to other servers,
which means you will have to use your ISP smtp server. This is especially appropiate
if you are a bigpond or optus customer

Please be aware, when you
set up outlook that your UserID is your full email address
The url for your online webmail is yourdomain.com/webmail
Please be aware that your email will not work until your domain resolved to
our servers.
